I would NOT inject ANYTHING which wouldn't come from a full fledged pharmaceutical source because ENDOTOXINS UNCHECKED FOR can KILL, besides giving you fever or an abscess.
It's not rocket science but you can't get endotoxins free solutions without proper pharmaceutical equipment.
That's just if you injected heroin with a needle you found in a garbage bin or stuck in a tire on the road, which "would look as clean as new".
