Has anyone tried these bars, I love them they taste awesome and they have 30grams of protein them. I was just given 20 boxes of them, my bosses wife does marketing for this company, so he gave me 20 boxes --they are awesome. |

I think protein bars are great for bulking--and they are expensive, but now that I got a free source I am going to try and see how well they help by adding two to three a day to my regular diet. That is 90 grams of protein--couldn't hurt.

ya. i personally like the one way's best, or the caramel almond fudge triple delicious. those are sooo good.
