What to take?
Alright guys, sorry for the noob question but I really don't know too much about what to take and I don't want to hurt myself doing this. I want to cut some fat, and would also like to gain alot of muscle mass. I really don't want to inject myself with anything, but would be willing to try some pills (not over the counter). I am 19 years old and work out every weekday for about 2 hours a day. Could someone maybe hook me up with a cycle they use that wouldn't involve injections or give me some guidance?  | | Reply » What to take? |
u workout every week day for 2 hours a day that 10hours of training per week(way too much imo). u need to up your protein first(at least 1gram per pound of bodyweight) and dont even think about gear or prohormones yet just get your diet right and training right study the board and learn i have been here for a little while and there is still plenty to learn read and read some more then read some more knowledge is power and this board is very powerful gear is not something to be played with neither are the prohormones out now stick around and read thats the bottom line good luck

Well, my diet is pretty solid, I have been working out for 2-3 years now and am not really impressed by my gains. What I was thinking about doing was going with a home made creatine mix (creatine, taurine, ala, betatine, histidine, IP6, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate) as well as M1-test, and lots of protein / fish and flax oil.

I bump PI 100%. Youre overtraining, you DO NOT need PHs, let alone steroids and your diet is the determining factor in whether you cut fat or gain muscle (attempting to do both at once is like selling used cars in Amish country.)

Guys, Thanks for all your honest answers, I decided to go all natural (bet you thought I would just go ahead and take the steroids anyway). Just by changing both my diet and workout, I have gained 20 lbs. muscle and lost significant amounts of bf. I'm still working hard over here, maybe I will post some pics someday. Thanks again for all your help!!
