It works, but it's a bit outdated.
It's a prohormone, and it converts to a target hormone called 1-test(NOT test). Like I said, it works okay, it's just that there are a lot of better options out there now.

If you mean "legal" than get some M1T... I have used both M1T and 1AD and I put on muscle twice as fast with M1T with no side effects.
