I assume it's ok to do. I have a pack of 15 20mg a peice going to take one a day, I know alot of people who feel fine after this but I was thinkin of takin a bottle of research Nolvadex after just to make sure.

The research chemicals are the exact same compound as your tabs so it is fine to use either. However remember that the liquid research tamoxifen does not have the same amount tamoxifen as the tabs per volume. For an explanation here is a post by StoneColdNTO:
