yes they are safe... thats actually a really good product... i took it for a while, and made some good gains on it... tastes good too. you'll most likely get some guys posting that methoxyisoflavone doesnt work, and i really dont know, but like i said, i did really well with that product

Hey doggy what product worked best for you plasmavol, thicken, or methex whey? I am taking plasmavol right now and I have made some good gains but I will be out it in a couple of weeks. After I am done with the plasmavol I am either going to get more plasmavol or try some methex whey or thicken. I am looking to gain alot of lean muscle mass and just wanted to know what you think is the best product out of those 3.

hmmm, it depends on your metabolism, and what you are trying to do... if you have had good gains with the plasmavol, id stick with that for now... leave the thicken for the fall, when you might be bulking. methex whey is definitely good, but if you are going to choose between that, and plasmavol, i'd go with plasmavol

Well right now I want to put on alot of muscle mass and strength without increasing my bodyfat. When you took thicken were you able to keep your bodyfat down? If so I think I might get the thicken.
