I am currently taking deca and entathe. I also wanan take a cretine too but I do not want to get any more bloated. I have taken cell tehc in the past and it wokred but I was bloated after taking it. I hear that Trac and V12 do not bloat so I wanted to know which is the bets cretine out there for me. |

V-12 seems to work well. I have to say it's worked better for me than EAS' phosphagen. the best for me was VPX's Creaject. too bad they discontinued it. V-12 is a premade powder like cell tech. It tastes like shit with water. The odd thing is that the bottle says to use one full "scoop" but there was no scoop included in the bottle. I'm using a heaping tablespoon now which is probably a little less than the serving they are saying to use. I have had some stomach discomfort though.

I have 2 tubs of swole v2 right here. I might start taking it tomorow - or I might wait until I finish a cycle. Dunno.
