I was just wondering what kind of shake people use or have used in the past. What was the best and what was the worst. And what is the nutritional info on it. Calories? Protein? Fat? Carbs?

isopure zero carb protein shake... i can take it while on and off CKD all i change is the mixer... water or milk... with water it tastes like ass hair but... you gotta do what you gotta do.

I think the protein supplements taste best mixed with whole milk, Chocolate Mint tastes like girl scout thin mints--I love it.
