Thanks.

Opinions are useless. I by no means know it all, but I am intelligent enough to research for myself and use science, as opposed to taking people's word for it.

Well, let's put it this way...
The french FDA HAS SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE creatine is toxic, useless & more dangerous than a bullet in one's head
The US FDA has SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE ephedrine kills more than chinese mafia.
While they very cautiously passed a law to prohibit class actions against food industry ) even George Doublejew felt compelled to come to the rescue ).
On another forum they have SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE that EVERY & ANY SUPPLEMENT is WORTHLESS... A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME...and of course there are "studies" to support it.

Who cares.
First off is buying cheap...
then seeing what happens to YOU.
I am intolerant to most proteins, no matter how "engineered"...so that's me.
I can base my choice upon a percentage of negative comments on new, bogus, never-heard-of products like "Martian rat scrotum extract" or else, but when it comes to aminos, like glutamine or citrulline, what's there to say?

You, ham, are a fool

This is what happens to orally ingest free form glutamine

It is useless!

Yea Insane man..... one of the first things I learned in human nutrition. Its common knowledge glutamine isnt fully or even partially absorbed. Youre pretty much paying for Expensive glucosce. But hey, if you THINK it works for you, more power to you, God bless placebo.

Actually a bottle lasts for ages.
As i said, simple aminoacids are not the latest snake-oil "eastern block secret olympic compound ".
I tried l-citrulline: it works.
Lysine: it works.
Phenilanine: it works.
I agree there are many pathways to glutamine.
Years ago they used OKG.
Single aminoacids work.
Did i say wonders?
No.
If you shop wise, well worth their cost.
