glucosamine is great for soreness of joints but muscle soreness is going to occur, potassium seems to help a bit--there is a lot of potassium in bananas

They say the same thing about creatine (does not work) but I know someone who got body builder size with it. Who here has had a good experience with glutamine? Because I have two tubs of this stuff from EAS and I am not about to toss it out if it doesn’t work...lol

stretching... i have heard it ups your metabolism slightly and its healthy for your body and muscles to stretch like 3 times a day... i do it when i wake up and when i go to sleep and during my workout
