my boy was taking cell tech, and he said it mixed great, but i told him cell tech is crap and overpriced sugar. so he bought some creatien monohydrate and he said its not mixing into his juice very well, it settles very quickly. when i was taking it a while ago i was doing the liquid kind, and before that a few years ago i was just taking a spoon full of powder in the mouth and washing it down...
do certain brands mix better then others? was it the sugar that helped it to stir into the juice/? |

I just get straight creatine from EAS, micronized creatine. Yeah it settles fairly quickly but this isn't a drink your going to put a nipple on and nurse for a few hours Eh!
Tell your boy add the creatine to 4-6oz of fluid, stir it up good and slam it down. Pretty simple, effective and it works every glassfull.

Put it in a coffeee grinder or blender if you're desperate. That'll "micronize" it for him.

who ever says celltech sucks is a poor bastard whos afraid of spending a little extra. dextrose is what is needed in order for the creatine to get in your sytstem quicker and more effectively. and yes.. celltech has plenty of that but it fuckin works man

You know, you can buy dextrose seperately. For like a buck a pound.
