do a search, there are so many posts full of info already. The search button is towards the top of the page in the middle.

Normally i wouldn't tell you to do a search but thier is a ton of new threads about it, and it will give you a much broader understanding of it than a few responses here. I am on it right now at 20mg a day during weeks 5-8 of my eq test cycle. Pumps were nasty last night, but it was only my third day, so hard to gauge strength increases.
