today i started my hcg.
1) It hurt like a fucking bitch going in, and yes i let the alc. dry
2) 5 mins later, it hurts like a fucking bitch
3) wtf?

Had the same thing myself the other day shooting HCG sub-q, killed sticking and injecting. After the shot it subsided. Prob hit a nerve or sensitive spot.

use the abdomen for HCG shots as they do not burn fat as far as I know
Now if you are talking HGH shots I might be able to see it as there are conflicting reports of injection site fat burning.

Yes, experiencing a painful stinging sensation is normal when shooting HCG.

Never had anything more than a slight sting on subq shots. Don't know what to tell you man.
