what is the best vitamin and minerals supp on the market? im looking into a couple that souond good but to get 1 servings its like 6 horse pills...

I think that mega mens is overpriced personally I have no problems with and like the new centrum w/lycopene. I bought some to try out because I have heard mixed things so I took it home and dropped one in some tap water it completely disolved in under 10 minutes and I could notice a difference after a week.

what makes the anabolical one the best on the market? seems a little low with the minerals to me... is it the time release thing?
