I know liquid is shown to have almost no shelf life at all but as for powder, i really don't know

If you bought it new and then its like 1 year ago no problem.. 2 years ok but more i would start to wonder, i dont think it will be bad for youre body in any way (if its out of date) but it might be shit and wont give u anything, i would still use it though.
