?? I find that it works best for me at 5 tabs twice daily, which means 80 mg per day. I dont feel any side effects yet, as i started off with two tabs twice daily and bumped up one tab each dosage EOD.

In my opinion you're taking too much. mileages vary but it's proven ephedrine saturates your receptors with daly intake. Hence it's likely you may soon have to increase the dosage to feel the same effects you do now. I use 2 vasopro tabs on training session day twice a week, plus a tab on occasion when i need a burst.
