 1-AD, Whey, and what else?


Hey guys, I just got back to where I could work out again (I had a wreck about 2 years ago) and was wondering what the latest thing to do to gain muscle is.

What I want: Cut muscle and strength
When I want it: NOW

I lifted weights about 4 days last week before I got burned out, which sucks.. I have become a weakling, I could only bench 75 lbs.. damn

Right now I'm taking 1-AD and drinking whey protien, what else do I need in order to not get burned so bad and achieve my goals?

Yeah, he said my bones where stronger than before!

I just added some glutamine to my whey shakes, maybe that will help a little.
