What would be a good dose to help clear up and prevent acne with pantothenic acid (B5). I am prone to it. Im in my third week right now and started to see a little redness. I want to prevent it before it starts. Im going tanning but it wont be enough.

Some people need as much as 10 grams a day to see results. Some people just don't get results. it seems to work pretty well for me so I use 5 grams a day to clear up a problem and 2-3 grams a day to maintain.

I went to 12 grams a day and it could not match accutane. Started working fine, but after awhile on the test it was impotent. So I was tearing through a bottle in 4 days, the great thing about it, no sides like accutane.

B vitamins also dont stay in the body long, so split those doses as much as possible.

you can go as high as 20 grams per day until it clears up. split the dose in four intakes through the day. for good info go to www.B5supplements.com
