Can anyone tell me if this creatine is any good, I just bought Syntrax ultra pure straight creatine anhydrous. Also is it good to take it with something like Crystal Light.

hey I've never tried their regular creatine but I had great strength gains with the swole they make. It took about 3 weeks but then it was well worth it
