Not sure if there is anything to worry about, but i have a big tattoo on my upper left arm and shoulder and wondered if i can inject through it for a delt shot?

I'm no doctor but logic tells me it was a needle that put it there in the first place so another shot aint gonna hurt it.

please explain if you can. Just curious. The needle is passing thru a layer of ink is it not? I guess if it was contaminated you'd have known about it way before the injection?

It's not a layer of ink. It's permanently colored/altered skin. You should be just fine.
