I ordered two 5lb buckets of plasmavol and one 5lb bucket of optimum nutrition. I am planning on taking a serving of optimum nutrition as soon as I wake up, plasmavol before I workout and after I workout, and another serving of optimum nutrition about 10 minutes after I take my last serving of plasmavol. doggy: well bro, 100% whey ive been using fo a Longer time so there i can give advice. the other stuff i dont know, but as it was recommended pre/post w/o then i would think its more a whey protein, otherwise id rather stick to 100%.
Why dont u give some better advice then if youre so good.

Thanks for the advice Fyre. As soon as I get the plasmavol and whey I will start my new diet. As for what plasmavol is Bast, it is a creatine with dextrose, l-glutamine, and A.L.A.
