I'm looking for a good multi vitamin to take that's available in canada.
Something to make sure I'm getting what I need.
I hear a lot of good feedback on the greens brand.

I get mine from costco. But I only take it on off days since there is some evidence that Antioxidants can interfere with the signals for hypertrophy, and that's enough to keep me away.
I ahve a pretty balanced diet anyways. I do take B-100s though.

I buy mine at Costco too and then I supplement the multivitamin with some extra B, C, A and E. Most multi-vitamins don't contain enough antioxidants so that's why I take extra.
