  Joint pain from exessive Caffeine?

 Joint pain from exessive Caffeine?

My hip joint has been pissing me off a lot lately. I have been taking EC for a while now and I think that the caffeine may have something to do with it. Thoughts?

I wouldn't rule it out, but just a quick question. Why not A in the ECA? I only ask because I am currently on ECA (recieving no pain).

Caffeine is a diuretic, so you might be not holding enough water around the joint.

Yeah, maybe it's a water thing. I've heard people with joint pain should avoid caffeine, that why I made the connection. It started acting up on me last week when I was playing Negro-ball. I've started taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin, it seems to be getting a little better. I did deads today, but no squats.

I've heard that the aspirin isn't really necessary in the ECA stack, and I didn't like the idea of taking 3 aspirins a day for no reason.

BTW, I've been running the ECA for just over a month now with great results.

Someone will probably say I should cycle it, but I've done serious reading on the subject, and I know that it's not necessary. The fat burning effects actually increase over time, whereas the energy boosts and anorectic effects fade away.

So, when would be a good time to get off of it for awhile? I've only been on it a week and I've heard anything from: 2 weeks on, and off, 4 weeks on, 6 weeks on....

?
