I was wondering when after you are done taking plasmavol if you lose any muscle or strength? I have heard nothing bad about plasmavol and am thinking about buying some. This is my first time posting and it would be great if someone who took plasmavol could let me know if you lost any muscle or strength after you got off it.thanx

Welcome to the board....

I have not personally used Plasmavol, but I have used some comparable products and I can tell you, maintaining your size & strength is dependant upon your diet. You will lose a big of mass, but that is somewhat good considering the mass you lose with be excess water retention. Eat like its your job and continue to lift heavy and you should be fine, post Plasmavol. I did the aforemention and didnt lose an ounce of strength on only a slight loss in weight (which again was most likely some excess water).

Thanks YellowJacket, I was hoping to hear from you. So I will follow your advice and eat like its my job. It would also be good to hear from some of the others that took plasmavol or something like it and thier post results from it. Also, what did your diet look like YellowJacket when you took a product similar to plasmavol?

I was bulking in every sense of the word. High protein. high carbs, high fat. I was going through a power phase, trying to increase the weight of my lifts, so I was going all out in the weightroom and the kitchen.

When you were on that diet did you gain any unwanted fat? Would it be beneficial to take a protein supplement along with the plasmavol?

plasmavol is good stuff, but like any creatine supplement, you will lose weight (water) once use is discontinued... as YJ said, strength can be maintained if diet is up to par

taking a protein supplement will depend on your whole food protein consumption... its basically a separate issue from plasmavol. most people who take in 1 - 2 g / pound of bodyweight do rely on a protein supplement, it just comes down to convenience for most people
