I think the the 8mg pills are very weak today.
They used to sell 25mg pills until a few people decided to take it overboard. I take 3 to 4 pills each time. I know other people that take more and some take less. Each person is different and therefore should try it out to see how it effects them. Some people find they get dizzy from taking one pill. I would say to try 2 or 3 and see how you feel. If you feel fine and you can also feel the energy, then your ok.

the reason im wondering is because i tried one pill and didnt feel anything....upped to two a time today....im feeling a little more energenetic, but that could be also from a good nights sleep so i will see over the weekend....

I've tried the 8mg epheys as well but I find that I have to take 4 of them to feel like I do on 25mg. 3-4 tabs of the 8mg's and 200mg of caffeine should give you a nice kick in the ass!

ephedra sometimes puts pressure on my nuts and sometimes piss crystals (looks like sperm)

when im taking caffine with the ephedrine, should i stick to just the two or can i take the T2 as well....i find that the T2 gives a nice rush ontop of the epheds
