I have ordered ephedrine and was wondering how i should take it for optimal fat burning effects. I do have T2 the fat burning supplement, so i was thinking of taking one 8mg ephedrine tab with every dosage of T2? or should i take more?

I would say try taking a couple of pills at first and see how it effects you. For myself, I took more as I didn't feel it at 2.
Give it a try and see what happens.
Everyone is different and will have a different reaction to it.

I use 2, 25mg ephedrine VASOPRO on workout days (twice a week) & else only on occasion.
The problem is: no matter what, stimulants (not only ephedrine) do saturate your receptors over a (short) time, so you must be cycling them anyway.
If you don't, you'll be sooner have to take bigger doses.

one dose -25 mg ephedrine , 250 mg aspirin ( bayer aspirin ) , and 250 mg coffee - 1 cup strong coffee will work . first day or two just just stick with one dose , after if you tolerate it well take this twice to three times a day .
