Man thats a good deal, take one serv. when you first wake up with protein, one to two serv. post-workout, and another with your last protein before you go to bed, try to take at least 15grams a day, glutamine is not a fast acting supplement, its more for long term results so stick with it

glutamine is useless to the weight training athlete. Run a search under my name in this forum and you'll see.

You might want to bump up your whey to at least 30 g. other than that it is fine.
Post workout take in both, a good postworkout drink should comprise of about 60g of simple sugar(like dextrose), 40g whey' 10g glutamine, and 10g creatine(optional)
