Optimum Chocolate mint gets my vote, it tastes good, is high in protein, fairly low in empty carb-ie. sugar. and it mixes well with milk

Optimum Chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla are nice!.
Stay away from the mint. IMO that tastes like dried up terds from crawford TX.
