MY roomate took like half his cell-tech and mixed it up in a jug and said he was premixing it so he didn't have to mix it everytime after every workout. I told him that he was wasting his money by doing that because creatine brakes down in water, so it would be worthless in a day or two....AM I RIGHT OR NOT.....??????? |

your right. creatine monohydrate is very unstable in water and will quickly degrade to creatinine, a wasteprodcust that has no benefit and will only cause stress on the kidneys

You're right.

Yes, not only is he wasting his money by pre-mixing it - he's making the initial mistake of buying Cell-tech in the first place.

I agree water will break creatine down, although I have experienced great gains using Cell-Tech, and I dont know why everyone talks bad about it.

Mostly because of its cost and the marketing campaign behind it....I have nothing against the ingredients and I don't doubt that Cell-tech does what any other creatine and some dextrose would do.
Sorry - didn't mean to hijack this thread and turn into a Muscle-Tech bashing session....I buy their Nitro-tech bars so I shouldn't talk!!
