greetings....i'm new here....let me introduce myself.....i'm rocco, how.

i come for advice. will be starting cycle soon and wondered what anyone thought. i know, "another damn newbie post". lol bare with me if you will. first off, i already did two weeks 100mg deca, then 4 off just to "prime my blood" quote/unquote. this is not stuff i'm coming up with off the top of my head. this is what was advised to me. anyways, whatchyall think?:
this is "staggered bulk cycle", but would probably speed up fat loss at same time……huh, what? lol

26 yr, 5’9”, 161 lb, 13bf (all fat tire)
BMI = 2800 (burn avg. 6-700 more on workout)
15” arms

Week 1,2 – 200mg Deca
Week 3-8 – 300mg Deca, 250mg Test E
Week 9,10 – 250mg Test E
<br> PCT Week 9 – 1500iu HCG day 1 & 6, then 1000iu day 11, 16, and 21 for total of 6000iu/3weeks
Week 13 – 300mg C day 1, 100mg C day 2-11, 50mg C day 12-21
Using AIFM during cycle (no probs with deca so far)

(First of all, who is all for splitting the dose up to at least 2 shots a week rather than mixing into 1 shot a week?? Stable blood levels? No? does it matter?)

If I want to cut down on BF percentage while still adding LM, then should diet be?:
~2500 cal – 100g fat, 80g carb, 250g protein (approximate values, which is about what my diet consist of anyway, plus extra carbs on w.o. days)

I know I will need the carbs for energy and proper protein synthesis, but I don’t want the extra storing as fat. And I need as many calories (and even carbs) as possible to gain mass……

So, where’s the trade-off here?

Or should I go at least 3500 calories and do a cut cycle afterwards……obviously its hard to cut/bulk at the same time, but I’ve seen it happen with many folks on a deca/test cycle……I think it’s the deca…..anyone else with personal experiences? Appreciate it….

oh, my wo schedule is, in short:
mon - legs, calves
tues - tri, bi
wed - just cardio
thur - traps, shoulder
fri - back, neck
mainly the 5x5 variety, but every 2 weeks or so, i'll do a week of full-body workouts (same days) to flip my body out and get extra movement, etc,etc....

p.s. sorry for the book....but i know yall like as much info as possible

First Cycle.... I can tell you this right now. Most will tell you to drop the Deca and do test only for 10 - 12 weeks at 4-500mg a week. Take this advise and the advise of the others, drop the deca for round one.

Also wanted to add, Bulk/Cut for a first cycle with no AAS experiance is realy hard, trust me i have been trying that same approach. Drop the though and double the calories with Test only, good to go IMO.

just eat to grow on this one buddy. you will explode, probobly gain 20-25lbs. eat about 4000kcal a day and around 350g protein.

also run the deca and test straight through the hole time, 250mg test, 300mg deca for all ten weeks.

just test for this cycle is a better idea too.

would bloat be more cause for concern on the combined or test alone?

from the 200mg of deca 6 weeks ago, i can feel a noticeable anabolic change. i went down 8 lbs reaaal quick! (scooped diet too) just the past two weeks, i've climbed back up 4 lbs while shedding 1.25" off my waist line. i thought that was cool. but its not like my bench is skyrocketing just yet lol. but recovery and workouts seem faster lately.....

so, do i need to do a little mini-pct for those 2 weeks of 100mg deca before starting the test? (been running aifm the whole time, no probs at all)

yeah warmachine, i like the possibilities of growth stacking those as well.....i mean, just in theory anyways....
btw, i've had 6 years karate, 6 years iron, or so....

if the deca was six weeks ago and your sex drive is fine i would say dont worry about any PCT. you ran aifm after which was probobly enough im sure.

how much you will bloat is hard to say. i bloat noticably on 250mg of test...and ive never tried deca. use an AI and you should be just fine. its why many suggest test only, that way you can control sides like bloating easily and you learn how you respond to that drug. if you go test AND deca you wont know which drug is doing what.
