since i haev started back lifting 2 months ago i am feeling bloated way more than normal. i mean, this is an everday occurence with me now. whats going on? does anyone know? i am taking absolutely no supp or anything, just eating and lifting. and i dont eat alot either...help please

i was thinking of taking an estrogen blocker (i sorta have man boobs) or something for water retention because i definately need to get rid of my "excess water" lol.

haha, i dont really have man boobs i just say that cuz i dont like the way they look. and i forgot i do take one supp. a b complex vitamin for energy while i am at work. as for eating, right now this is mainly all i have time for as i work a midnight shift. **between 7&8am normally a bowl of oatmeal (i know its bad but i gotta have a little milk and sugar in them or i cant stand the taste) **workout around 9am until daily is complete ** around 11am i have either tuna salad sandwich on wheat or some fruit. **and then around 1pm i have 2 chicken breasts w/ brocoli and cauliflour or various vegtables sleep from around 2:30/3pm until 10pm. and work from 11pm-7am in which i really dont have time to eat anything at all. i have a 10min break at 1am, 20min break at 3am and another 10 at 5am then off at 7am. i have just ordered 2 5lb buckets of plasmavol and 10lb bag of whey so maybe that will help as far as protein intake. any ideas?
