nobody is knocking GNC.....obviously they are doing well for themsleves but i just dont see the logic of selling it for $50 dollars when it can be obtained for half the price!!!...nevertheless....has anyone else tried the xenadrine-nrg or has any comments regarding it???......as i posted previosuly, they are definitley worth a try if ur looking to lose some weight!!

are you taking it as a fat burner or an energy booster? I know for a fat burner you are supposed to take 1 or 2 in the am and 1 or 2 in the afternoon. or just before a workout for an energy boost. i am looking for something as a fat burner (but the energy boost comes with that and helps assist i know) but i have such issues with dependancy with some of that stuff. not that i get addicted but after a week i have a hard time waking up in the morning. i have been wanting to try somehtng ephedra free to see if that helps any.

well....it definitley does both, acts as a fat burner and an energy booster...i usualy take 3 pills as soon as i wake up....give it about a half hour and u will feel the difference in ur mood and energy levels.....i definitely feel more "productive" throughout the day....and by the time i get finished with work, it slows loses its edge but u dont crash......i am going to try to take 4 tablets in the morning to see how much more fat burning and energy boost effect that it has. you could break it down to taking 2 in the morning and 2 before a workout or just take it like i am, which is 3 in the morning. all depends on ur lifestyle and ow ur body reacts to the dosage....i definitll recommend this as a ephedra free product.....10x better then muscletechs sh*tty ephedra free hydroxycut....i think cytodyne is headed in the right direction with this product...i know cytodyne has been dormant for a while but this is a qaulity product they put out!!!
