I am trying to buy a weight gainer and am stuck at a certain weight but know that there are better one's out there. I want one with low sugars 0-5g. Also the sites that you can buy them at, Thanks.

16 oz low fat milk 2 scoops protein powder 2-4 table spoons low sugar peanut butter cup of frozen strawberries or bananas Flax seed oil
