ive been drinkin like a gallon of water every day for the past 3 months, kinda sucks, i have to wake up like twice a night to go (i stop drinking water around dinner time), i piss like every hour-2 hours here at work

but its been clear every day

i need a lot of milk in my diet so i only drink a half gallon a day and a half gallon of water
