Are places still allowed to sell it until supply is gone and is it technically illegal to buuy now?

Supposed to be gone off the shelves by March right?
When I go home to visit my family (right on the border) on the 14th I plan to head down south and pick some up because I figure they'll be blowing it out. Prices in canada have recently gone up a bit.
Plus I'm thinking of picking up some M1T just because it intrigues me.

I just orderd some thermorexin bu I want to have some ephedra on hand for later use...is there any brand that is a better option when it comes to ephedra or are all brands pretrty much the same?
