So I just got ahold of some weight loss pills for free. I wanted to know if they were any good ( are they even worth while taking?) and how much/when.

Its Called ChitoGenics Complete weight loss sytem dietary supplement.

It says: weight loss Blend: 850mg
Chitosan (Marine fiber concentrate), green tea leaf extract (40 mg caffeine). Citrus aurantium extract (6% amines)(immature fruit), buchu leaf, cornsilk stylus, couchgrass rhizome, hydrangea root, juniper berry, uva ursl leaf, garcinia cambogia fruit extract [50% (-) hydroxcitric acid] gymnema sylvestre leaf extract (25% gymnemic acids)

It has this list of other ingredients which i'm guessing are the non active stuff.

So I basically just copied down the back of the label the best I could, which is a bitch since its a on a curved surface and the jackass who designed the label made it all shiny and shit which is really pissing me off. So hopefully I won't ever need to retype that. Ha
