I read in an article that mixing creatine with hot water dissolves completely, I actually did it and it works like a charm, my question is that do you think creatine looses its properties if one mixes it with hot water, welcome all opinions, sorry if it is repeated but i didnt found anything on the search i made. |

I dont think mixing it with hot water is bad at all. I wouldnt use anything too hot but warm water would be fine. Remember that once it enters the body its reaching 98.6 degrees anyways.

creatine in solution breaks down to creatinine, which isn't useable when you take it orally. I would suspect that hot water would speed up this process. I know at room temp it take ~8 hours.
But mildly warm water should be cool.

It becomes Creatinine, but in much shorter time than 8 hours (this is cold). Hot is no problem, as long as u drink it right away as i am assuming u are?

mix it with something like cool aid something really sugary for transport, I mix it with twin lab ultra fuel for transport. 29grms sugar.
