I started my cycle of 1AD on the 18th. Today is my 3rd day on it and I can't believe I am already feelin' it. I worked chest today and have already improved my poundages. I feel strong, excited, and pumped! Just thought I would share my comments about it for everyone considering takin' it!

I like necked so I'm going to use necked if that's alright with you. You're not from the south are you???
