Mammoth 2500?? (need help gaining weight)
I used to take Mammoth 2500 a few years ago to try and put on weight. But it's been seriously like 3 years and i'm not too up to date on what's some good supplements to pack on those extra pounds. I hate having to resort to supplements but there's a lot of times when i'm just working and i don't have time to have a nice meal. So i'm basically wondering if anyone thinks taking the Mammoth 2500 is a good idea? OR is there something even better, and do you have any proof that it works cause i don't wanna just waste my money.
Right now i just eat as often as i can at home, and the supplements i'm taking are Optimum Nutrition Choc. whey, creatine, Andro, and i take Vitamin C and E post workouts.
I'm considering getting a multi vitamin but will i have to change my intake of the C and E that i'm already taking?
Also, i'm gonna get some dextrose and flax seed oil soon.
But any thoughts or comments you have to help me out would be greatly appreciated as it always is. I've got a few pics up in the members pics section, and i have a shitty online journal that has basically just been for more personal reasons (which will stop soon, i gotta start taking note of what i'm eating and what not).
Thanks again, hopefully i'll get some help. Cheers. | | Reply » Mammoth 2500?? (need help gaining weight) |

It's good stuff man. I highly recommend it. It's a great way to put on that extra weight many of us want.
