Mammoth 2500?? (need help gaining weight)

Mammoth 2500?? (need help gaining weight)

I used to take Mammoth 2500 a few years ago to try and put on weight. But it's been seriously like 3 years and i'm not too up to date on what's some good supplements to pack on those extra pounds. I hate having to resort to supplements but there's a lot of times when i'm just working and i don't have time to have a nice meal. So i'm basically wondering if anyone thinks taking the Mammoth 2500 is a good idea? OR is there something even better, and do you have any proof that it works cause i don't wanna just waste my money.

Right now i just eat as often as i can at home, and the supplements i'm taking are Optimum Nutrition Choc. whey, creatine, Andro, and i take Vitamin C and E post workouts.

I'm considering getting a multi vitamin but will i have to change my intake of the C and E that i'm already taking?

Also, i'm gonna get some dextrose and flax seed oil soon.

But any thoughts or comments you have to help me out would be greatly appreciated as it always is. I've got a few pics up in the members pics section, and i have a shitty online journal that has basically just been for more personal reasons (which will stop soon, i gotta start taking note of what i'm eating and what not).

Thanks again, hopefully i'll get some help. Cheers.

there is no need to change your intake of Vitamin C and E i take more than the average and i'm fine. believe me its hard to overdose on any vitamin much less have any negative side effects from taking too much

if i was u i would add a little dextrose to your protein shake just up the carbs a bit

oh yeah why are u taking andro (just asking there is better stuff out there)

other than that just eat bro but eat clean

quality weight not just weight

Keep the C and E up High, if u get to much youll simply piss it out.
Anyways. If i where u iŽd try Optimums Serious Mass and put the dextro before/after training @30-50grams/time
good luck!

Honestly, a buddy of mine got some from the states one time, and he never used it, so he said i could have it.. so fuck it, why not? Gotta finish up the bottle...

Actually my friend that i go to the gym with is trying to get me to do a 6 week cycle with him (for $140 canadian), but i'm not sure what it is exactly, i just know it'll be a needle, ,, but i don't wanna go that route, at least not for a while, i'm still pretty young.

So i'm guessin the multi vitamin with the C and E that i'm takin right now won't be bad? Sounds good.

Also, I like Optimum's whey, so maybe i'll check it out, i just wanna get some more input before i make my decision... thanks for the tips so far

From what I understand, a 6-week cycle would be useless.

I'm assuming it's probaby testosterone we're talking about here, and in 6 weeks you would just get shut down and not have enough time to make gains, or stabilize those gains before coming off.
