 Is 10 days of prop enough?


Is 10 days of prop 150mg EOD enough to kickstart a cycle of sustanon 500mg/week?
And if it is, will you benefit from taking 10 days with prop 150mg EOD at the end of the cycle, just before PCT?

Like:
Day 1-10 PROP 150mg/EOD
Week 1-10 SUST 500mg/week
Day 70-80 PROP 150mg/EOD

Sos is gonna take 4-5 wks to "kick in" Id run the prop 6 wks if you are experienced and have a few cycles under your belt.

I've done well with 100 mgs prop EOD. Too each their own though.

What are your stats and cycle history'

Okay. I was asking for a friend. He hasn't cycled before and planning a cycle compared to that one above. So 10 days of prop is almost useless? And 150mg/EOD is not needed maybe since this is his first cycle?

He weighs 202lbs, and been training for several years I guess..

I'd think the minimum would be about 4, but like Gator said 5-6 would be best imo to frontload with the prop. Otherwise he's just setting his test levels up for a yo-yo when he drops the prop and is waiting for the sust to build up.

The answers to your questions are yes and yes.

It is certainly not useless at the beginning, you don't need to do it for 4-6 weeks. Remember there is prop and phenylprop in the sustenon too.

10 days at the end is a good idea also.

I took into account the prop in the Sos, thats why i recommended the drop in the dose but ive taken Cyp with 46wks of prop EOD and had great results.

IMO Both would work fine.

Everyones different though.
