I doubt it's worth the extra cost. I had a buddy who gave me a bottle....never noticed anything.
However, I think you should invest in a multi mineral to make sure you get your zinc and all that good stuff. Don't worry about cal/mag, just buy some rolaids...cheap and 5/day will get you what you need.

I've used EAS ZMA, the only thing I noticed was for the first few day sof using it they helped me fall asleep, nothing special. Give it a shot though. Maybe you'll have better luck.
