What do you guys think of these?

I'm thinking about trying them out. It saves me from having to buy a seperate B-12 supplement, and each pill has 2g of usable protien.

However, the sales pitch hints at consumption of 20-40 tabs per day! (You get 500 tabs for $30, so it isn't infeasible.) With 1250% of the RDA of B-12 in each, that sounds a little dangerous to me.
