  Stacking creatine?????

 Stacking creatine?????

Would it be beneficial to stack two creatine products at the same time. For example-

Morning(pre workout) swole v2
Post workout- plasmavol to get all of your simple sugars you need
3rd serving???(swole v2 agian later in day)

Would this be good or a waste of money?

It's really not neccessary. I say you just stick to one brand and take it once or twice a day during maintenance stage (one immediately after workout, and possibly one upon awakening) you will get great results by doing that. be sure to drink lots of water while taking it too

why are you taking it 3 times a day?

isn't that a waste?

im not doing this, im asking if it would be good, but even if you were to take it 3 times a day is only like 11 grams total

Just get the V2. Simple sugars are not needed post work out if correct nutrition is used pre.

Taking more than 5g a day is useless, hell once you're loaded (that is the creatine transporter is saturated), 5g may even be excess but it's just a general guideline. creatine is best absorbed if taken before a workout as blood levels will be higher when it is taken up into cells while you exercise.
