Best way to stack these and how do i not puke?

Ok I have 150 grams of Alcar powder, 3 bottles of 500mg ala pills, unlimited amounts of green tea pills , and 500 grams of CLA oil powder and a ton of 1mg and 5 mg biotin pills.

I puked after taking 1 teaspoon which is 3 gram of the cla oil powder. It tasted so bad.

Looking to loose fat and use like the anarchy stack. thanks all
PS the alcar powder tastes shitty too any ideas?

Cap'em. Get the 'capsule machine' or the 'cap-m-quick' machine and cap all of your powders. Either one will run you about $20 inc. shipping. Then you need to buy empty gelatin capsules.

You can find the empty gel caps at your nearby Whole Foods or other health food grocery store.
