I am a 20 male, 6'6" 225 trying to putt on mass and gain strength right now. After doing research on pro h ive decided i wanna stay away from them based on my age. What are some of the best things i can do for myself to gain and what are some supp i should be taking.

What is a good calorie range for me to be in to gain strength and size but keep fat to a minimum?

the fat gain will be determined by how clean you keep your diet while bulking...
as for how many cals to eat, 3800 would be sufficient, because your active caloric rate is 3250.5... so add 500 to that to gain and you get approx 3800.
what ratio are you going to eat?

yes basically enough nutritious food as Sparkly mentioned and adequate calories, this can vary based on your metabolism and activity level. monitor how much your are getting each week.. add up daily totals together for 7 days and divided by 7. if you have not gained n'or lost then that is your approximate maintenance calorie intake. from there begin to slowly increase weekly by 250 calories or so. slower is better as not to risk gaining too much fat. as for reccomended supps, it looks liek you have the basics down, Im glad to see your getting some plasmavol, great product!

Get plenty of protein, carbs, and sleep with basic lifting movements and lower reps! Good Luck man! Your young and have plenty of time so stay focused!
