You can use either adex, aromasin, letro or AIFM from ulter. Many pros and cons to each.

aromasin and AIFM both have the benefit of lowering SHBG. They are suitable for most users and dosages.
dex is for people that dont really need a aromatase inhibitor, it helps but they dont "need" it. letro is for people that need the strongest possible aromatase and sulfatase inhibition- look at test and get gyno people
