You know, a friend of mine who is a long time user of Ephedrine had kidney stones last year. When he went to the doctors, the doctor did ask him if he was using any ephedrine. He said it may have had something to do with his long time use of ephedrine.
I do think the key would be to make sure you are taking in at least four litres of water a day to avoid anything like that.
