Vitargo worked well for me. I only use 5g's a day, not the recommended 10, and I didn't load. I don't know if the delivery system they use is any better than sugar, but it seemed to work. I couldn't tell you how much of the weight I gained is in part due to Vitargo because I take so much other supps, but it seemed to do its job.
