Do any of you drink a shit load of water while your taken your creatine if not you might want to think about it you may just see a diff in your acne breakout my guess it would be alot less if any the more water you drink while on creatine the better and iam not taking just a couple of extra glasses a day try a gallon per day. Oh try a switch over to swole v12 also.

i use syntrax straight. no subcu. water for me. are you sure the acne's from the creatine? the bacteria enters the pore or folicle a week before the acne pimple surfaces. so it could be coincidence.

kinda like a cold. you don't get a cold from bein cold. you've had it for a week already from a virus and it just happens that when you come in from the cold, you sniffle and think you just got it.

I took creatine, and i got acne on my shoulders as well on upper chest and forehead.....
